User Experience (UX) is the quality of experience a person has when interacting with a specific design. This can range from a specific artifact, such as a cup, toy or website, up to larger, integrated experiences such as a museum or an airport. We think of the digital user experience as not much different than the physical user experience. Imagine a customer walks into your office. If the door says "Push" and the customer pushes and the door does not open, then they start off their visit (experience) with a counterintuitive action. Imagine that same customer goes through the door and they walk directly into the company break room where employees are standing around drinking coffee and microwaving food. Once again, the experience is now confusing to the customer and creates a negative visit right off the bat. CGN understands how customers think and interact. By making sure the door says "Pull" and the customer walks into a lobby where he/she is instantly greeted by the receptionist, you create an intuitive, positive experience that starts the engagement off on the right foot. The digital environment is no different, and this is the basic approach CGN takes to the virtual experience.
